~[/li][li]~ Roland Standing in the lobby of the place His eyes Open wide in a bit of shock Not seeing a place like this in a long time. Then after he Recaptured his train of thought he shook his head slightly as he walked up to the counter asking the lady working the desk about a room, After he payed for His room and he carried his belongings up to his room he sat on the bed with his halds folded on his forehead as he began to think about his past journeys his eyes shut as a tear runs down his cheek.
Roland then began down the stairs back into the loby were he found a news paper and sat down reading it Laughing slightly at the news, For roland finds the idiotic mistakes of humans quite hillarious. After getting his fill on Human stupidity he then sat there admiring his surroundings then picked up the Real Estate book layed on the table looking for houses in the area. Roland came to this town looking for a home and to find echimise, He didnt want to seem to suspicious so he then decided buying a house and living there for a while would lower peoples suspicions on why he was there.~[/li][li]~

An array of delectible human scents wafted into Vara's face as she opened the double glass doors to the Fifth Leaf Bead and Breakfast. Ignoring the faint burn in her throat she kept walking and made her way to the front desk. The man behind the desk wore the usual uniform for the Fith Leaf wth a bright gold plated name tag that read Chad in black letter. His hair was of a dirty blonde color and seemed to be tousled about on his head. His eyes were creased and his lids were heavy. It looked to Vara that he seemed oddly impatient and quite into what he was reading. Smiling politely towards the man, she waited for his attention. Slowly he peered up at her from his Sports Illistrated and smiled back, sheepishly. He obviously realized he had been keeping her waiting and rushed to compose himself as he chucked the crinkled magazine into a lower drawer of the polished cherry wood desk.
"Is there anything that I can help you with ma'am?" the blonde asked attentively. Vara clasped her hands behind her back after motioning towards the shabby looking monitor sitting in front of the clerk.
" Chad," she smiled as she put emphasis into his name and turned on her charm "will there be any rooms available in the next couple of weeks?"
Without even glacing at the monitor the clerk shook his head, "That would all depend on the date that you'd like to reserve a room."
Vara nodded, " I'm not sure of the date that I'll be staying here. I was just hoping that you would be able to at least check to see if you had any room available over the next month. If not then don't worry about it." she didn't mention that she might not even be occupying a room at the Fifth Leaf at all.
"I'm sorry but there is no way that I can confirm that there would be a room for you with out making a reservation. You see, we get a lot of guests around this time of the year and. . ."
As he expanded upon the reason why so many guests, supposedly, flocked to the Fifth Leaf during the summer months, Vara scoped out the room. There were a few guests lounging around the lobby as well as the usual chattering tourists. One person that stood out among rest was a male vampire lounging in a chair taking fond interest in the Hush Hills daily. It took only a mometn for Vaara to realize who the vampire was. She recognized him from the Gas station a couple of days ago. She would have muttered to herself about all the rotten luck she'd been having ever since she came to this town but Chad was done speaking and he was now demanding her attetion by giving her a quick look over. He liked what he saw, that was imminent enough and he was so busy he didn't even notice that she had glanced away, ignoring him.
While waiting for Chad to finally snap his attetion away from his fantasies and retrace his steps to reality, she pondered the reason for the male vampire's presence here. Though she loathed to see human men let their hormones over whelm them, she took this guy as a suddle irritation not to be triffled with. She did spare him her ever frightening glare and in return he reighned in his stare and slapped the blissful smirk right off of his face. His grin reminded Vara of a child caught stealing a cookie from a cookie jar.

~[/li][li]~ a familiar scent wafts into Roland's nose catching this scent he glances up with anticipation as the young lady walked in. From the distance he put down the book and studied her as he glanced up and down her kn owning she is a vampire he slightly lets out a silent hiss giving into his natural instincts he then regained himself and shook his head and looked down toward the small coffee table With elegant designs for the legs and a smooth top. Rolland saw the same one at Ikea the other day he shrugged and looked at the woman with the intoxicating scent again stood up and walked over to her with the hardwood floor creaking as his shoes hit it with a silent thud as he walks you could hear some of the loose bullets from his box of ammo in his jacket clinking around, he makes his way to the woman.
he walks up to the redwood desk and the look in the mans eyes he then let off a glare toward the man at the desk. Roland swallows hard as if he is really thirsty then sighs and looks toward him standing behind this woman he smells her scent and seems to get engulfed in it aroma as he then regains his consciousness he shakes his head slightly and rubs his eyes for his eyes were irritated from reading the small text on the real estate book and the news paper. Roland coughs and as he does he places his hand in a fist toward his mouth. He then cringes as it burns his throat then shakes it of becoming impatient he looks at the clock on the wall Next to the desk it read 12:30. He taps his foot on the ground slowly and crosses his arms as if he was impatient~[/li][li]~

Vara noticed a hiss then a moment later a slight jangle as creaking foot steps neared her. It was easy to guess that it was the male vampire now standing behind her. She discredited the jangle comming from his pockets as bullets which wich didn't bother her in the least. The distance between them was now too little and he was much too close for comfort. She supressed a growl and remained in a casual stance. There was no point in risking the lives of the humans here, so she decided to wait to confront the man in case there would be any cause of a fight. As the vampire shifted in place he began to tap his foot. Now, that was the sort of thing that got to Vara. She couldn't stand slow repetative sounds such as these, unless of course, she was the one making the sound. Set and deturmined to completely discount the other vampire for as long as she could, she distracted herself with the clerk that had once been a mild annoyance and was now her saviour. She switched from a dangerous glare to a troubled expression. Hopping to either fool or confuse Chad.
"Oh, well. . .I suppose I'll just have to come back some other time. Maybe next month?" she spoke in a crestfallen tone of voice. Then she made a move to turn and leave. This of course was a false maneuver that would either concern the clerk or give her an affordable exit.

~[/li][li]~ Roland hearing the growl herd a sense of hostility he then steped back a bit and Then stared at the ground then in a bit of curiosity he tapped on her shoulder Thinking if she was to turn around he was gunna ask her if she was from here If she choosed to ignore him he would then just walk away, He then peeked his head over her should as a menacing smile appeared as he said "were are you from ma'am" as he smiled you could see his fangs his voice was that of an aged man not old but aged his accent was that of a british and in a low tone as if a whisper as if signaling to talk without anybody else to hear him~[/li][li]~

A tap on her shoulder interrupted her current stream of thoughts and replaced them with questions. Well, this was unexpected. I guess I'm done with my conversation with Chad, she thought disdainfully. Then a voice represented itself as she turned to meet the vampire whom seeked her attention. With out noticing a kind, fraction, of a smile broadened upon her lips before disappearing and leaving a firm stare in its place. She looked up at him to answer his question and to get a better look at his a face. As she studied him she was cognizant of the age in his eyes and the melancholy demeanor from which he held himself. He was tall with dark unkempt strands of messy hair. His clothes seemed a bit ragged and definitely worn. Not sure as to whether she should truthfully answer his question or not, she stalled and said, " I'm Vara Grimmark, and you are?"

~[/li][li]~ Roland looks at her smiling slightly with a bit of a maniacal laugh then shook it and answered with these words " I am called many things, A wandering traveler so to speak but enough about my past, i am Roland Archeture Alderas." after those words he then bowed and said "at your service" then as he looks up this extremely evil persistent stare met to her eyes as its gaze would send shivers down anyones spine as if he was after her heart but his body language was saying that he meant no harm to her just curious.
Roland felt the way his clothes moved as he bowed keeping his weapons concealed but still couldn't help from the bullets shaking around in his pocket and the menacing smile on his face bore his fangs. With this new view of him you could see the large scar from his upper eyebrow on the left side straight across to his right cheek bone crossing over his eye and nose~[/li][li]~

It looked to Vara that this Roland Alderas was quite the eccentric. As Roland's smile tightened over his teeth and he spoke, Vara detected a menacing tone in his voice. His body language carefully showed that he meant no harm. His civility seems sincere, but you can never be to sure of a vampire's intentions she mused. Cautiously, she allowed herself to lock eyes with him. Oddly enough, Roland's ominous glare didn't offend her but instead an eager curiosity welled up inside to know more about this stranger. She started to reach out to shake his hand but decided against it and moved her hand back to rest limply at her side. Wonder danced through her mind as her eyes traced the flawed tissue ingrained in the smooth skin of the vampire's face. The impression that Roland left upon Vara embedded itself into her head. She would always remember him like this.
As a clock in the open lobby brightly chimed its satisfaction of the hour Vara's concern flared as she realized how long she had been out. There was not one day that she trusted Elizabeth to be safe at home, or any where else for that matter, by herself.
" Damn, I should have left an hour ago" ,she muttered to herself. Her courteous smile clashed with the stess in her eyes. Hoping the anxiety wouldn't show through she said, " It was nice meeting you, Roland but I'm afraid, I really need to be going now." She didn't wait for his reply for she knew that she would just barely make it back in time for a late lunch with Elizabeth if she left now. Not that she would be eating herself. Unfortunately, she had little time to be polite. Without a back wards glance Vara started off towards the door.

~[/li][li]~ Roland let off a quick shrug as he spun around quickly swirling his cloak and as vara ran off hed flick the end of his katana leaving a high pitched ring in the air, Roalnd then smiled menacingly and lughed a bit menaichaly holding his index finger on his forehead and thumb on his chin smiling wide with a a Insane look in his eye. The image of this would be Genuine maniac, roalnds face straightened out as he continued on with his work as he walked out of the bed and breakfast and looked around the town a bit as if wandinering aimlessly with his eyes closed and his arms folded across the back of his head walking kicking his legs up slightly higher than needed as he did so going were his heart told him too ~[/li][li]~

Warm sunlight, cloudless, vampire friend disappearing, perfect day to go for a ride. Elizabeth's not so obscure sports bike zipped lazily down the paved streets of Hush Hills. It annoyed her when teenagers drove around small towns just because they have nothing better to do, so she had a purpose for circling through the towns. Vara, her best friend/vampire, had taken her car some were earlier in the day, and had not returned. Elizabeth wasn't concerned for Vara's safety, the girl could take care of herself, but Elizabeth always got anxious when Vara was gone. So, she was on her conspicuous bike, cruising around looking for an equally conspicuous black Camero.
Elizabeth made a sweeping turn around a corner and bam! There it was. The shiny black car stuck out like a sore thumb in the parking lot to a...the... bed and breakfast. Elizabeth drove up the sidewalk, and parked close to the door. She couldn't remember if that was legal or not. A helmet splashed with neon shapes slipped easily off of her head. It wasn't likely that it would get stolen here, so she balanced the helmet on the handle bars of her Ninja. She had left her jacket on, not knowing how long she would be in with Vara, but she unzipped it as she walked in the door. With all the new vampires in town, it was probably a good thing that Roland left before Elizabeth happened to walk into the only bed and breakfast in the small town. As soon as Elizabeth walked in, she saw Vara. Like her car, the beautiful girl stuck out like a oddly gorgeous sore thumb. Elizabeth blinked in surprise, then smiled at her friend. All the tension that she had been feeling slipped away.
"Hey, I found you...What are you doing here??" Elizabeth asked in a bewildered tone. It just struck her how it was odd that someone who has a place to stay would visit a bed and breakfast.

A lazy summer breeze blew through the opening and closing doors of the Inn. The breeze bore a familiar aroma for Vara. To her suprise, Elizabeth traipsed through one of the doors just as she turned to head out. Vara's eye brows shot up. Great, she thought sarcastically. It wasn't that she didn't want to see Elizabeth it was just that she didn't want to see her here. She still felt ill at ease with the strange male vampire, Roland, and didn't trust him in the least. Although he had made his exit, ever so obviously, Vara still guessed that he was lurking near by. . . As she glided to meet the girl from across the room, she was assulted with a question. Already? she sighed involuntarily to herself, how predictable.
She noticed that, Elizabeth had her jacket on which meant she could follow her home. Deliberately ignoring the question, Vara reached for Elizabeth's arm and tugged her gently towards the door. "Can we talk when we get back home?" she offered. There was no place for this conversation here. Plus, there were a few pressing matters at home that she needed to attend to as well. Many things were unclear to Elizabeth that needed to be brought to her attention as soon as possible.

Internally Vara's instincts flared. There was another vampire close by but as she began to turn she realized it was Roland. Knowng him didn't make her patial to the man in the least. She glanced at him sharply and shook her head, answering his question wordlessly. It seemed to Vara that there wasn'ta point in double checking for any agressive hints that Roland could slip to her. Since she was already on her way out there was no need to stall things and converse with him. Before any one could make any other moves she shoved Elizabeth out the door, following only inches behind her. Vara muttered quietly to her friend in her ear, "Just walk to your bike and get on. I'll follow."

Elizabeth looked slightly confused when Vara started dragging her out the door, asking her if they could talk at home. She nodded understandingly, and walked willingly now. Thoughts whirled through Elizabeth's head. What could she need to talk about so urgently? Something that happened here? That thing about Nix? The possibilities were endless. Elizabeth would have whirled to face the man who spoke to her, if Vara hadn’t been holding her so firmly. She only caught a glimpse of him as they passed, but it was too short for her human eyes to get a good look at him. The only thing she could tell about him was that he had pale skin. Elizabeth turned her head to look as Vara continued to tow her gently out the door. Unfortunately for Elizabeth, looking backwards + being pulled forward didn’t help steady you. She tripped, being kept up by Vara, and faced forward again.
As they reached Vara’s car, Elizabeth took one last look over her shoulder to get a better look at they man. She saw him crumpled on the ground, and a scream pierced the air. People looked around startled. Vara turned to raise her eyebrows at Vara.
”Friend of yours?” Elizabeth asked sarcastically. After Vara had released her, Elizabeth turned to obediently walk back to her bike. She zipped up her jacket over her tank-top, and slipped the neon splashed helmet on her head. Elizabeth started the bike and maneuvered off of the sidewalk, sharing a parking space with Vara. She sent a determined look at her friend; she wasn’t going to let her get around telling her this time. Elizabeth flipped the visor closed; the reflective visor didn’t let people look through it. She revved the engine, shifted into first, then headed for home.
